When we decided to sell our villa in Florida it was scary and quite daunting as the process in the USA is quite different from the UK. All I can say is thank goodness for Tina, she was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for her and every time I sent her one of my many emails asking what I thought were silly questions but important to us at the time she came back to me right away even at weekends with an answer and reassurance which was so important to us. From the moment we met her she handled the whole thing for us all we had to do was sign the papers at the time of closing. The villa went on the market on April 23rd and was all signed and sealed and finished with by June 28th which was unbelievable and great for us. Tina we can’t thank you enough for all your help and guidance at a difficult time, you were always so kind and patient with us through the whole procedure with a sense of humor too, you made it all as stress free as you could. We would certainly recommend Tina to anyone who is thinking of selling in the USA and would not hesitate to use her again if ever we needed to
